1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Contextaify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Service description

Contextaify is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, manage and distribute context files for artificial intelligence tools. The service includes a visual editor, AI tool integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol), multi-format export and team collaboration features.

3. User accounts

To use Contextaify, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights over content you create in Contextaify, including your context files. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your content exclusively for the purpose of providing you with the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models or for any other purpose beyond service provision.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Contextaify to: (a) violate applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious, illegal or harmful content; (d) attempt unauthorized access to other users' systems or data; (e) interfere with the normal operation of the service.

6. Plans and payments

Contextaify offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected option. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Contextaify continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. Enterprise plans include an SLA with specific availability guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

Contextaify is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. In case of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your content for a period of 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable consumer legislation establishes another jurisdiction.
